Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

No Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Eligible items may only be exchanged for another product of equal value or according to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and arrange an exchange if approved.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We reserve the right to decline exchange requests if:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • The exchange request is made after the 7-day period.

  • The product is returned without original packaging or tags.
